Wheelchair Access
There is wheelchair access in every One Church site*. At the One Centre there is a ramped entrance at the front, side access, and rear access from the car park.
*One Church Loughborough has more limited disabled access, so get in touch today if you are planning to visit.

Disabled Parking
We have a number of designated disabled parking spaces, closer to our main entrances. These are either marked (Oadby, Braunstone, North) or easy to use (Central, Loughborough).

Lighting and Ambience
Our aim is to light our gatherings in a sensitive way that enables clear sight in the room, and clear views of those speaking from the front.

BSL Interpretation
We provide BSL (British Sign Language) interpretation for our 11.30am gatherings at One Church Central. There is a designated seating area. We also publish regular video messages on our One Church BSL YouTube channel.

Accessible Toilets
We have accessible toilets in the One Centre (on the ground and first floor). We also have accessible toilets available in North, Oadby and Braunstone.

Comfort
If you require a chair with arms or extra support as you sit, please let us know. We will aim to accommodate you to the best of our ability in every site.

Hearing Loop
We have a hearing loop in the One Centre and the Oak Centre. These serve our midweek ministries (that take place in the auditorium), One Church Central and One Church Braunstone. If you require assistance on the day, ask our hospitality team.

Guide Dogs
Guide Dogs are welcome in both the One Centre and the Oak Centre. If you are planning to visit a site that meets in a hired building (North, Oadby, Loughborough) please let us know before you arrive.
